Needing a stiff drink: The Queen turns 13.

Needing an entire fucking tanker trunk of stiff drinks: To celebrate, she is having a sleepover with six of her closest friends. At our house.

I already tried telling Samwise that I really do have a lot of work to get done at the office, but he whimpered and wouldn’t let go of my ankle, so I’m stuck here.

    Oh, and don’t hesitate to push the envelope. Not that you can do squat about the contents, but the Queen will get that parental backup comes with full disclosure.

    Dunno if you remember, but after a particularly inexcusable stunt, we may have been the parents of jackasses…but at least we were the RESPONSIBLE parents of our jackasses.

    Enjoy. You will look back on this time with affection. And humility.
