It’s my own fault. We wrapped up a trial early and I figured hey, I’ll fly out in the morning since I’ve already paid for tonight’s hotel room, and I’ll look up a couple of local friends and hang out.
This caused a disturbance in the Force at work, and I was ordered to hop on a plane tonight.
I lived in Portland for seven years, and my grand total of face time in Seattle is now up to one week.

Pity…we had vacation property up in the Sound when I was a child…and were I not in Michigan, I would be in the Pacific Northwest.
